Subaru No.1 for German customer satisfaction
Subaru has topped a customer satisfaction poll in Germany for the second consecutive year.
In the “ADAC-AutoMarxX” survey published this month, Subaru ranked ahead of Toyota and Honda for overall customer satisfaction.
Subaru also topped the “satisfaction with the garage” section, which rates the dealership experience.
In “product satisfaction” Subaru ranked second only to Porsche.
Jens Becker, Managing Director of Subaru Deutschland GmbH, said the repeatedly high rankings confirmed the positive perception and dynamic momentum of Subaru.
The brand also ranked highly for reliability, placing second to Mini.
Mr Becker said Subaru was progressing as a manufacturer of highly reliable cars and provider of outstanding service quality.
He added that in Germany Subaru earns excellent results in all product quality and customer satisfaction surveys.
AutoMarxX is conducted twice a year.
