Subaru Germany's survey success
Subaru is rated top for dealer service in Germany, according to a new J.D. Power survey.
Subaru ranked first for “service quality” in the J. D. Power survey Germany 2007.
The brand was second for “car quality” and in third place overall, with 836 out of 1000 points, up 13 points over the previous year.
The industry average was 806 points.
Jens Becker, Managing Director of Subaru Deutschland GmbH, said: “You have to live customer satisfaction each and every day then you’ll achieve positive results. Subaru customers are satisfied and this is something to be proud of.”
