 | Subaru has beaten Porsche and Toyota to lead an influential customer satisfaction survey in Germany.
Readers of “Motorwelt” magazine ranked Subaru overall best in the survey, with a score of 1.20, ahead of Porsche on 1.27 and Toyota on 1.37 (brands were graded between 1 for very good and 5 for bad).
Subaru rated first for dealer service including friendliness and quality of work, ahead of Toyota, Mitsubishi and Honda. Subaru ranked second only to Porsche for brand satisfaction, ahead of Jaguar and Honda. |
